Rising Infertility in Young Women: A Natural Path Toward Healing & Hope

For decades, infertility was something women mostly worried about in their late 30s or 40s. But today, something is changing—quietly and profoundly. More women in their teens, twenties, and early thirties are facing fertility challenges than ever before.

It’s unexpected, and honestly, it’s alarming. But here’s the GOOD NEWS: there is hope—and it doesn’t always involve invasive procedures or overwhelming costs.

You Are Not Broken. Your Body Just Needs Support.

Even though younger women are biologically in their peak reproductive years, more and more are finding it difficult to conceive naturally. But this rise in infertility isn’t a sentence—it’s a signal. A signal that our bodies, environments, and lifestyles are out of sync... and that we can do something about it.

It’s Time to Shift the Conversation

Instead of waiting until something feels “wrong,” let’s start embracing:

  • Early education around menstrual and hormonal health

  • Preventative wellness before trying to conceive

  • Gentle, natural ways to restore balance and vitality

Holistic Healing: Reclaim Your Fertility Naturally

More women are turning to integrative approaches—like nutrition, herbal medicine, acupuncture, and functional medicine—not just as a last resort, but as a first step.

These natural methods aren’t just gentle—they’re powerful. They don’t mask symptoms—they uncover and correct the root cause.

Because you deserve more than a diagnosis—you deserve healing.

What’s Really Happening?

Let’s look at the numbers:

  • 1 in 7 couples worldwide struggles with infertility (Boivin et al., 2007)

  • Fertility issues in women under 30 have increased by 15–20% over the last 20 years (Inhorn & Patrizio, 2015)

  • More women aged 20–29 are now seeking fertility support than ever before (CDC)

  • PCOS, endometriosis, and thyroid disorders are being diagnosed earlier and more frequently

This is a call to action—not to fear, but to empower.

Why Is Fertility Declining in Young Women 20's-40's?

Here are some of the most common contributing factors:

1. Hormonal Imbalances (PCOS, thyroid issues, etc.)

  • PCOS now affects up to 12% of reproductive-age women.

  • Thyroid and luteal phase dysfunctions are increasingly common.

  • fibroids

  • endometriosis

  • chronic use of birth-control

  • vaccines

2. Environmental Toxins

  • Endocrine-disrupting chemicals (like BPA and phthalates) can affect your hormones and egg health—starting at a young age.

3. Chronic Stress

  • Stress throws off your body’s delicate hormonal dance. Mind-body balance is key.

4. Nutritional Deficiencies

  • Your body needs essential nutrients (like vitamin D, folate, iron, omega-3s) to function—and many women are unknowingly deficient.

5. Long-Term Hormonal Birth Control

  • There is a direct correlation of infertility even after stopping long term use of Birth Control. While it may not be a direct cause of infertility, it can mask symptoms like irregular cycles and delay diagnosis of deeper issues. Birth control is often prescribed to cover over these symptoms.

6. Reproductive Disorders Like Endometriosis & Fibroids

  • These are being seen earlier in life and often affect fertility long before a woman starts trying to conceive. They are hormone imbalance and miscommunications that can't be restored to normal function using prescriptions. But, Hormones can be balanced if you restore Brain and Organ function and the systems communications.

Real Healing Starts with Restoration, Not Intervention

While conventional treatments like IVF are options, they are often expensive, emotionally draining, and have a high failure rate—especially for younger women who may not even know why they’re struggling to conceive.

Average IVF failure rate under 30: 50%
Average cost per 3 rounds: $30,000–$60,000
And the emotional toll? Excessive.

But what if we told you that many of these issues can be addressed—naturally, effectively, and affordably—by supporting the body’s innate ability to heal and self regulate?

Natural Fertility Support: Empowerment in Action

Here’s what more women are turning to—and seeing results:

Organ testing/therapy                                                                                             $150-500 per test

We use a combination of the above depending on your specific needs. We make a plan to fit your unique condition, because it is not one size fits all. Many times the body balances out within 3 months. For what you spend on one shot at IVF and hope it helps, you will receive the testing, treatment, knowledge and education you need to last you a lifetime. Putting your health back into your hands.

IVF treatment tries to manipulate Function but it doesn't correct the body function which in our opinion and belief is the reason conventional methods have such a high failure rate. We take time getting the body to change so it regulates itself properly and you can naturally conceive. It doesn't stop there, because if it works, it will continue to work so you can have more children. Of course, if you go back into the toxic ways that got you to infertility, the function can be thrown back off.

We treat women before they get pregnant but we can also will take care of women during their pregnancy. This is another step beyond the initial 3 months because it is not uncommon to lose the first pregnancy because we want you to know what to expect we don't hide anything. We also want you to know you don't have to start all over again like you do with IVF.

Loss is normally due to miscommunication and deficiencies the body has not yet regulated, adapted, or corrected and going thru a cycle lets the dysfunction come out to be changed. This is also why many women who can get pregnant will lose the baby in the first 12 weeks. We want to make sure the hormone systems and reproductive systems are working and that you have all the nutrients your body needs to carry and grow your baby.

When there are symptoms during the pregnancy, we want to address them as soon as possible. the prime problem may not show up until you are pregnant or in your pregnancy cycles.

The other end is delivery.: There is a cascade of hormones that have to be made and produces in the right amounts and right time so that delivery is not complicated. The cascade is the reason hormones cannot be manipulated successfully with pharmaceuticals.

Complications in delivery generally come from hormone imbalances, deficiencies and miscommunications. So being treated during your first pregnancy allows us to find and fix problems along the way. Once your have gone thru all the cycles of getting pregnant, carrying the pregnancy and delivering the baby, the system tends to continue functioning properly as you continue to grow your family.

Once you deliver your first baby you will be able to continue having babies to your hearts desire. By that time you have learned all you need to get healthy and stay healthy without drugs or surgeries. You will have successfully taken control of your health and removed fear.

Fear is the lack of knowledge and lack of instruction.

You will be able to teach your children to be healthy and pass down the blessings to generations of children in your family.

These natural paths focus on:

  • Balancing hormones

  • Supporting ovulation

  • Reducing stress & inflammation
  • Enhancing uterine health

  • Responding to the hormonal demands so low to no morning sickness

  • Balancing and timing the hormones for low to no delivery complications (what they call easy delivery).

Then there is recovery after delivery to get the pelvic floor to come back up and stabilize the pelvis so you don't have leaky bladder or hemorrhoids. Recovery also optimizes the muscle and tummy recovery. Reduces post delivery baby belly or multiple pregnancies belly. This is a function of nutrition and communication to repair and restore resilience in the body.

You don’t need to guess—we help you find exactly what your unique body needs and match you with therapies that work.
